WHO RMC IS
Our site is purely to provide information about reverse mortgages, and is an intermediary between you and those who may provide reverse mortgages. Our site is intended to provide information, but is not meant to supplement any information from experienced reverse mortgage providers. Since rates, laws, and providers change we cannot guarantee that all of the information on our site is up to date or accurate, therefore it is up to you to do due diligence in determining whether to obtain a reverse mortgage.

If a Court declares any provision of these Terms to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms of Service will remain in. We also reserve the right to transfer or assign the rights under this Agreement in the event we are sold, merge, or dissolve our company.
